About Warranty

The limited warranty of the M-Series outboard motor covers 1 year (commercial use) and 2 years (private use) from the date of delivery.

How do I submit a warranty claim

To submit a warranty claim, pls fill in the form on the right. Please describe the issue as clearly and detailed as possible. This will greatly help our support engineers identify the root cause and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, so that you can get back on the water.  Once the claim has been submitted, our support team will contact you via email to follow-up within 3 working days.
